If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed. Shipping addresses are not entered manually so therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. Red Leaf Home is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages.

With a purchase of $70.00 or less at www.redleafhome.com, shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. If a discount code is applied to an order and the subtotal is under $70, shipping costs will apply.
All of our candles go through a thorough QC and inspection process prior to shipping to ensure the best quality product. Please inspect your candles carefully before use. We will replace any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping. Photos of broken items will be required. All claims must be reported within 15 days of shipment.
Purchases made on www.redleafhome.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 15 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition.
Red Leaf Home Candles does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned products.
